Mtre Manon Desroches, Notary

Mtre Manon Desroches specializes in examining real estate titles and writing reports.  She was admitted to the Chambre des Notaires du Québec in 1988 after completing her studies at the University of Ottawa, where she earned a civil law degree (LL.L) in 1987 and a diploma in notarial law magna cum laude in 1988. Having started her notarial career in Laval in a traditional setting for 10 years, she then oriented her practice to concentrate on title examination.  She also obtained the accreditation required for opening or reviewing forms of protective supervision and mandates given in anticipation of incapacity.

Mtre Desroches’ 25 years of notarial experience have allowed her to acquire rigour and professionalism that are deeply appreciated at the firm of Morris & Dupuis, which she joined in 2013.
