Protective supervision

When a mandate of protection does not exist or is incomplete, a protective regime must be established.  To protect the interests of a person in case of their incapacity, there are a number of forms of protective supervision (curatorship, tutorship or advisor to a person of full age).

Let a notary at Morris & Dupuis clearly explain to you what these different forms entail and assist you in the process of opening the appropriate form of protective supervision.
